We are excited about our new "Ticket" system for our support!

We are wanting to offer you the best in technical support for our website and our online Academy. We are going to be using an “offsite” ticket system for tracking and taking care of you. If you have an account on this website, you will automatically be logged into the ticket system.

But let me offer some helpful advice about the system so you will be able to get the most from it. We will be here to help if you have any questions.

When you click on the “Contact Us” button, a new tab or window will open, and you will see a screen like this one on the left.

In the “Knowledge Base” you may find the answer to your question. We will continually adding this as we see common questions coming in. 

Start off with entering your email address and name. Make sure that there are no typos on the email address.

Continue filling out the ticket with as much information as you can, so we can help you quickly, accurately, and efficiently. 

Please provide a screenshot or two, if this will be helpful in troubleshooting your issue. The more that you can share, the faster we can resolve the issue.
